Our response to COVID-19
A letter from the Head of Volcanic, Alastair Corbett:
I wanted to reassure you that Volcanic is structured to be able to continue to support our customers during the current challenges we are facing as a global community.
Whether your organisation needs guidance on how our SaaS website platform can help you reach your candidates and clients in these difficult times, or you’re an existing customer requiring assistance, we are well placed to deliver and support you remotely.
Our delivery method for onboarding clients has been designed to be 100% remote-first. We have delivered over a thousand websites through a combination of communication platforms such as video conferencing, calls and email. We have also created interactive product walkthroughs, tool-tips and support articles so users can optimise their websites as and when they like, regardless of location. All projects will continue to progress as normal and we will be working directly with our customers to ensure that we provide an appropriate remote solution.
We’ve arranged for all of our support teams to work securely and seamlessly from home to support our customers around the globe, with our support commitments and service levels remaining firmly in place. Our Customer Success team is committed to supporting you in realising your website’s full potential and can be reached by video, phone or email. The only difference to the way we support you during this time is that we will not be able to conduct on-premise visits.
You can be assured that our world-class server infrastructure will continue to be maintained and improved by our platform team, that all of your data will remain secure and that our SaaS solution will continue to be the most robust in the market.
