Is there someone helpful I can call?
Yes, between 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday you can call the Volcanic Manchester Office on 0161 217 1504 and there will be someone there to help you. Outside of working hours you still get in touch, we have an emergency contact number so you'll always be able to get hold of someone.
How should I raise a support requests?
From your admin dashboard you can raise a support ticket and we will acknowledge your request within a few hours. Alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us and we'll raise the support ticket for you ourselves.
How are my requests handled?
Support requests are handled in one of 3 ways:
Training: Your issue is something you can fix yourself and we want to show you how you can do it!
Design & Data: Your issue is related to your site build and one of our HTML/CSS's developers will look at your issue.
System Enhancement: Your request might be related to some core improvement we will make to better enhance the experience for all our customers. These requests go to the CTO and usually get turned around very quicky.
