Should I stay or should I go?

That’s what you should be asking your tech plug-ins and integrations. Are they still supporting your business; commercially, with data management and security, or are you stuck with them because you don’t know how to get rid of them? And is the cost (emotionally and financially)  just too great to get someone else to do it for you?

Which is a shame really, because we live in a disposable digital world, tech freemium for all - and you should be making the most of new SaaS offerings, tools and platforms if they will make a difference to your business. One of the first rules of growth hacking is around experimentation - trial and error, use it and lose it. If you can’t do that with business enabling tech, then you aren’t ever going to benefit from the additional revenue streams that digital transformation is able to provide.

We pride ourselves in the role we play in the hiring process and the recruitment industry as a whole. It’s in the very core of what we do, in that every recruiter should have a website that really conveys the personality, talent and creativity of their business. Whether this be through our bespoke data-driven design, or our undisputed SEO functionalities, there’s something fundamentally special about a recruitment website.
