We at Volcanic believe in innovation, we are always looking for ways to improve so that our customers will benefit therefore we are always talking to our customers and looking at what benefits we can provide

One of those areas we've been looking at in October was customer insight, what information do we have that if we made available our customers could gain them a competive advantage.

We added the following insightful information: -

  • What area of the site needs improving
  • What are the most searched for jobs
  • Which Consultants have the most jobs,
  • Which Consultant has the most views
  • What are the most popular job descriptions
  • What Candidates are searching for
  •  What locations are people searching

This insight is designed to allow our customers to understand their audience and to have a greater insight and by using this we can work together to improve our clients and candidate engagement.
