We took part in an unusual team building exercise this week Break Out Manchester the idea was that we split the teams into different groups and then they got locked into rooms whereby they could only escape if they worked together as a team and solved a series of puzzles.
In one of the rooms the team had to go deep behind enemy territory and stop an attack 60 minutes before a launch, they needed to break into the control centre and enter a code by solving a series of puzzles.
Needless to say all members of the team returned safely and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves. if you're looking for a team building exercise in Manchester then this is one we can recommend but there is no guarantee that your team will escape.
